Check our size guide thoroughly for help with all the measurements
A
Collar
Circumference
Take the measurement three centimetres upwards from the cervical vertebra point (roughly where the top of your shirt collar would sit) and then circle the tape around the neck including and over the Adam’s apple and insert one finger to loosen it off of the neck – this will provide the collar measurement.
B
Chest
Width
Lift up the arms slightly and place the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest then insert two fingers and loosen it off of the chest, allowing the measuring tape to slide naturally on the body – this will provide the chest measurement.

Place the measuring tape around your waist and make a circle including two fingers into the measuring tape. (The waist should be around about the belly button area)

Shoulder
Width
Start from the left shoulder endpoint, draw the measurement tape into an arc or arch, taking the measuring tape to the area at the base of a shirt collar and over to the right shoulder endpoint – this will provide the shoulder width.
F

With the arm resting by your side and the hand pointing towards the floor, place the measuring tape from your shoulder endpoint to two centimetres up from the middle of the skin between the thumb and index (first) finger. This will provide the sleeve length.
